The couple first met on the 4th of July 2012 when Rory invited Swift to visit the family’s compound. Swift had already known some of the women of the Kennedy clan due to a fascination with the history of the family. While Swift is 22 and Kennedy is just 18, the two were sighted around Cape Cod and Nantucket throughout the summer, walking hand-in-hand and stealing a kisses. Taylor also accompanied Connor and his siblings to visit the grave of his mother Mary Richardson Kennedy, who tragically killed herself in Spring 2012. The pair were also accused of crashing a family wedding in Boston last month, which Swift said was simply a misunderstanding. The couple split reasonably quietly this fall blaming distance.
